Intro to Mindfulness & Coping

Research shows that mindfulness-based practices can lower anxiety, support emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being. In this introductory one hour class, you will learn a foundational Birthing from Within mindfulness and coping practices to support you in pregnancy, labor, and beyond!
Class time includes engaging, experiential practice, so please come ready to participate!
