Supporting Parents Who Have Birthed Before- free call!
We often assume that those who have birthed before "know what to expect"—yet each birth experience is its own threshold, inviting new layers of surrender and transformation.
As parents prepare to welcome another baby into their family, their needs shift. They tend to be less interested in the nuts and bolts of birth, and more interested in exploring how to get through the ordeal of birth as an initiation, having walked that road before.
On this call, we’ll explore topics and processes to support experienced parents.

Mindful Postpartum Planning: Awakening Your Client’s Inner Parent
Two virtual sessions: Sundays, April 11 & 18, 10am-12pm Pacific Time
As with birth, parents cannot fully plan for all of the unknowns of postpartum, but there are things they can do to prepare for the experience. This two-session course offers birth workers skills and processes to support pregnant parents in preparing for the postpartum journey ahead.

This class considers ways to introduce and discuss cesarean birth with all kinds of clients, from those who are actively planning cesarean births to those who are resistant to even thinking about it.
